Job Shadow

Job Shadow, in its most traditional sense, is a program for students to find out what it is like to be in a specific profession. This helps the student to choose the college program (higher education/training) and subsequently the profession that they would like to choose. However, the act of job shadowing is also utilized by college students or by non-student adults simply wanting to experience a particular career opportunity. In either, the shadower will follow the professional and observe their daily work.[1]

The Job Shadow program requires an employee/company to partner with the school.
